Our services are custom-tailored to meet the needs of all our elderly clients, as well as those recovering from illness or injury. However, we are more than thrilled to assist with care to new mothers and their infants!
History
At Annie Wilson Homecare, Inc. our goal is to serve the needs of the elderly, with passion and honesty. My passion for serving the needs of the elderly came in 1975 when my grandmother was diagnosed with cervical cancer. Her illness halted many of her day to day activities and caused her to become bedridden. My family and I debated for months regarding what the best care would be for my grandmother and decided that she would remain home. Even though she passed in a hospital she was with family. After that devastating experience, I vowed to serve the elderly community in their most trusted environment, their home.
The company has been in business since June of 2001 as a Sole Proprietor and in November of the same year, it went into S Corporation status. The company has succeeded being in business pass the 2-Year mark, but it can not rest on its laurels. This is a very competitive market and there are many companies in the area that perform the same services that this company does. The demands are great, but the company has remained strong. It has been a learning process for me, and those that I have come to rely on. The company needs capital to compete with the demands of the market such as benefits for quality employees, health insurance, bonuses, paid vacation, etc.
